Mr. Lisa is a founding partner functioning as a Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Penguin Real Estate Investors, LP.  Mr. Lisa is instrumental in shaping the direction and vision of Penguin Real Estate Investors by managing portfolio properties, acquisitions, and development and is responsible for client relationships.

Prior to forming Penguin Real Estate Investors, LP, Mr. Lisa spent the first 22 years of his career in an advisory capacity to public and private owners, developers, investors, financiers and operators of commercial and residential properties.  Mr. Lisa was the project leader for the State of Delaware on corporate real estate expansions for AstraZeneca, First USA and the DuPont Company.  He was a third party real estate developer working directly for Marriott Senior Living Services and Genesis Health Ventures.  He began his career in the national office of Ernst & Young.       

Mr. Lisa earned his Law Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is licensed to practice law.  He earned his Master in Business Administration Degree from Michigan State University with a concentration in Finance.  He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Accounting.
