Penguin’s strategy is to opportunistically acquire a portfolio of real estate to include a broad range of asset classes. Current assets include Land Development, Office Buildings, Retail Space, Residential, and Industrial. Penguin is currently focused on the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland geographic areas. Further diversification of the portfolio is underway.

Penguin Real Estate Investors, LP (“Penguin”) is a real estate investment company that acquires diverse types of properties. Most properties are bought for the long term. All projects are developed with environmental sensitivity while being focused on high quality standards and a strong sense of that community.
