The property consists of 19 acres and is zoned General Residential. Our plan is to build 87 townhouses on this property. Construction has begun and approximately one third of the lots have been sold.

The neighborhood has many features including a private marina, crabbing pier, clubhouse, pool and walking area. The community is located ten minutes away from Bethany Beach. The peaceful neighborhood is surrounded by wetlands and many of the townhomes in the community have a beautiful waterfront view.
